• submit your health and dental claims online for instant processing: fast, easy and convenient; save time and paper, and in most cases, get your benefits payments directly into your bank account less than 48 hours after your claim is processed
• view your claims statements and claims history
• view information regarding what's covered under your plan
• check when your plan will cover your next purchases of glasses or lenses
• see when you, or your family members, are eligible for your next dental check-up
• enter a drug name or drug identification number to see if it's covered
• print an "all-in-one" coverage card to keep in your wallet
• download and print a paper claim form
• extended health care claim form
• dental claim form

Benefit year & annual claims deadlines

Please note that the benefit year for McMaster plans starts on July 1 and ends on June 30 of each year. You have three months after the end of each benefit year to submit claims. After that deadline, claims are not considered. Be sure to submit all claims before September 30 of each year.

Anniversary dates of certain benefits

Do check each plan carefully for the "anniversary date" of each benefit. If you submit a claim one day or more before your eligibility takes effect, it will not be considered. For example, if claims for eyeglasses are honoured once every two years, submitting a claim one year and 350 days after the previous claim will result in no payment. You must wait the full period before the benefit is honoured.
